1. A demo CD or tape with an example of your performance accompanied by one instrument only.
2. A 6 x 4 (mim) current clear coloured portrait photograph or Digital JPG image no greater than 1-2mb (file size).
(for possible website, inhouse graphics and newspaper reproduction purposes)
3. A no greater than (1) page biography including any recent major achievements
